I find it hard to go a week without eating here. The people are friendly, the staff and owner welcoming, helpful and gracious. From amazing BBQ, great sandwiches to delicious seafood, and often over 4 kinds of soup served daily, each one a winner, this place is amazing. The owners are very civic-minded often doing some great things for the community, fundraisers and such. I live the other side of the lake and I drive around to this place any day even in a storm, the place is a gemstone of the Poconos! The Lake Wally Basket is a great seafood choice and the soups are a must stop in for... check out the signs and country items, best prices around on food and decorative items. Just tried their shrimp cocktail and it was amazing!

Kate and Al catered our WEDDING! I have a chef in my family, and he is KNOWN for picking on the food at all family affairs. He RAVED about the food that Ledgedale BBQ pit prepared for our big day. It's so nice that my wedding isn't the one everyone jokes about :) Also, they are very affordable. When dining in, I love their coleslaw! Amazing people, amazing food, amazing catering...can't get any better than that! :)

LEDGEDALE BBQ HOSTED OUR RED HAT CHAPTER HOLIDAY BANQUET. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, SERVICE EXCELLENT ALSO. THE DINING ROOM ACCOMODATED OUR 29 LADIES. ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE SNOW THAT MADE US RUSH OUR MEAL SO WE COULD TRAVEL SAFELY.
