    Great experience: I did a few refinances in the past, but I had never had such a smooth, trouble free experience like I had with this last refinance through Apex. Broker tells you like it is and there is no hard pressure selling. I will recommend this brokerage to all of my friends.

    amazing: it was a really nice job in financing recent purchase of our commercial property.
    and most important - we didn't have to put more than 10% down!

    Excellent service!: These guys are great! We were buying a house and it was a really good deal, which I didn't want to loose. We had to close fast, but my credit was not very good, we had just 5% down and to top it off I was between jobs - I lost one, and I found another one, but it was commissions pay with very small base salary. All these factors were against us. We tried our bank and one mortgage broker but they just couldn't comprehend our situation and were talking nonsense. Then a friend of miine recommended this company. Broker is very knowledgeble guy and he understood right away what is going on. He explained possible solutions to our situation and suggested what can be done. He raised my FICO score within a few days, put together several mortgage programs for us, we picked one that fits us the best and we were able to close in no time.
    I was really impressed by integrity and honesty of this broker.
