I am crazy (some call it obsessive) about keeping my car clean and have frequented ALL of the car washes in the MoCo area. Out of all of the car washes in the MoCo area I definitely go out of my way to get my car to Love My Car car wash since they do the best job. Their prices are a bit higher and they take a bit more time cleaning my interior but the results are the best in the area. I also get my car detailed and polished here at least twice a year and they are fast and do a great job!
And PLUS your 11th car wash (I think they keep track based on your license number) is free. I have one more to go!
I have been going to Love My Car since it opened a few years back and wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else! I have a Lexus LS430 and am fanatical about keeping its appearance up (always thinking re-sale value)! Love My Car is the perfect blend of automation with a caring human touch. I always choose to do their "Best In and Out" which provides a superior automated wash followed be a diligent and thorough hand cleaning and vacuming of the interior by the staff. Each time my car rolls out from the bay, I feel like I'm seeing it that first time the dealer rolled it out when I bought it!!! Boy, is that a great feeling to see every part, in and out, sparkle!
The staff has always gone out of their way to ensure I am completely satisified before I drive away. It's such a pleasure to have a business like this that cares so much for their patrons and rewards them for their business with such attention to detail! In fact, I just signed up both my Lex and Vette for their new Once-a-Week package which breaks down to less than $10 a wash for their 'Best In and Out' including an interior detail which in these tough times is a real money saver!!!
In summary, I wouldn't trust any of my cars to anyone else. This place is hands down the best.
Use to be happy with this place, however I will no longer go back because of the indifference of the staff. I first asked for the "best" car wash but then I changed my mind and asked if I could get the "deluxe" instead. I was told by the attendant that my card was already swiped and couldn't do it. I asked if they could just add the extra and swipe it again, she said she couldn't. Then I asked if they could refund the purchase and redo it but she said only the owner could do that. I have never heard of that before and never had problems before with ANY business adding or refunding a purchase.
I can't believe a manager on duty couldn't do it. Last time I do business with them again.
