The Shaskeen used to be a great pub, when it first opened. Now sadly it has gone downhill quite a bit. The service is terrible (see CB's comments). The staff are lazy. Go here only if you wish to be ignored. Unfortunately management does not seem to want to start a fire under the servers and bartenders to get a move on. They are slow to serve and are not attentive to those that want more than one drink. Wake up management, you are letting money go out the door! The place will go out of business if they don't do something about the couldn't care less staff! It's sad. Go to the Strangebrew! They know how to serve customers.

Expensive food, VERY expensive drinks and a staff that seems to have trouble totaling up the check correctly. They seem to make errors....in THEIR favor if you get my drift.....

Had that happen twice. It won't happen a third time......

Not much in the line of local flavor at this place. It seems part of a continuing proliferation of bars/restaurants that are springing up in downtown Manchester with a goal of servicing the crowds from the VW Arena
