   MoreWe specialize in seafood and soups and each week have unique feature plates that are full of flavor and prepared with a passion for providing only the finest unique dinner plates in Akron Ohio. We purchase most of our meats, vegetables, and spices from local farms and gardens. We even grow some of our own herbs, spices and tomatoes. When it comes to seafood, we seek out the freshest available. Weekly we have special features plates with fish that is flown in, (overnight) fresh from all over the world. We don't overstock and don't have a lot of storage so most of our features are only available while they last and they usually don't last long. Another one of our specialties is the smoker. Chef Glenn Gillespie is a master when it comes to smoking meats and seafood. The smoker is at the restaurant and all of our smoking is done on site. Our desserts are homemade.
