Never heard of this place till I was in Iraq from some buddys and had decided that that was the first restraunt I wanted to visit. I ordered their beer samplier which was great and for any first timer a must and any body just not sure what type of beer they want. I decided on the tank buster which was a good dark beer. The food was not what you will be going back for though it was good. Sevice was good and the place just felt coftable to be there and have dinner with the wife and kids.

Service has gone downhill. We used to go there and enjoy the managers style and customer service. He was knowledgable and went above and beyond. We went two times recently, and it was different. We now go to Fox and Hound. It's not always the food, but service and fun we look for elsewhere.

I've been to this restaurant 17 times in the past. At first, the experience was great. I never cared too much for the food, but the beer was great. Lately the service has been terrible. We kept getting this blond, older waitress that could not get anything right. My buddy was peeved after the second time, but I kept thinking - she'll get it right after she get's used to the job, but months later, she is still terrible.
Now, one bad waitress isn't enough to stop me from supporting an otherwise decent place. However, management appears to be non-responsive to any complaint and they do not honor their commitments to their customers. I signed up for their mug club promotion and in the beginning, always received a mug of beer instead of a glass. The last 5 times I went, I received a mug once. I got all the excuses possible - Oh.. All the mugs are dirty...Oh..this beer is too strong...Oh..someone broke a lot of mugs recently. Give me a break! When I attempted to complain and at least hear their side of the story, I received no response (as in "none"). When I decided to take the issue to the higher level and emailed corporate, again absolutely no response. Even the beer quality has gone downhill. They obviously burnt a batch of wert, but used it anyway. It was terrible and the first beer I've ever sent back in 25 years. The same waitress refilled the glass with the same beer and brought it back to me twice!!! She was nice and apologetic, however she could not remember that I wanted a different beer by the time she walked to the bar and back. Agggh! I was so frustrated I haven't been back since. If management would have responded to my earlier issues, I'm sure I might be more sympathetic to their situation. However, with so-so food, 1 terrible waitress (that my buddy cannot fathom how she keeps her job), a non-responsive local and corporate management, declining quality of the beer (or at best - a terrible decision by management to use a "failed" product), has convinced me to spend my dollars elsewhere. Note: All other wait staff are decent and some even are great. One more item of mention, I've gotten more unclean glasses (lipstick on rim, unidentified chunks [inside!!], lemon seeds, and more) and dirty silverware that at any other restaurant that I visit. I'm not too squeemish, but if this bothers you, you might want to examine your setting closely before you eat/drink. The kitchen/bar staff don't seem to notice this stuff.
