Under no circumstances should you purchase a car from West Coast Auto, particularly from Chris Gamble. Lied about the vehicle not being in any accidents (involved in two accidents). Transmission slips,car rattles, alternator bad. This is the kind of crap you get at an auction, and pass on to unsuspecting customers. When asked about other vehicles on their website, Chris replied "we don't have those cars, but we keep the cars listed in case some people are looking for that type of vehicle". Then he can pick one up at the auction. Extremely disapointed & will never purchase another vehicle from W.C.A. The only good thing to come out of this is I got rid of this piece of crap!!!
Be careful with this dealer, have vehicle checked by a certified mechanic. They were not totally truthful with me. Turns out it has frame damage, they will not help with any of the repairs. THER IS NO RECOUSE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. ALSO THEY CHARGE FOR THE TITLE FEE UNDER PROCESSING AND TAG FEE BOXES. CHARGES YOU TWICE.
Bought my 2009 Lexus IS 350 from West Coast Auto Mall last month and so far - I'M LOVING IT.
Chris Gamble, owner at West Coast Auto, tracked down the exact Lexus that I wanted. Took about 2-3 months, but it was worth the wait. It's all white with tan leather with navigation system.
Had a small scratch about 4 inches long on the drivers seat, which Chris had fixed pretty well. Small scrape on rear bumper, looks like shopping cart damage, but I'll live with that for awhile.
Value = great price
Location = not too bad to find the dealership
Car = got my top choice
People = interested in finding me the right car, didn't force me into an early choice (I almost bought the 2nd car presented, but Chris recommended waiting, unless I really wanted it).
Best part of the whole process is how easy it was. I gave Chris a list of 2 models and 3 colors in my order of preference. He called twice with possibilities, but they didn't work out. 3rd time was the charm and Chris even got the Lexus for $600 less than anticipated.
My Lexus has a powerful 306-horsepower V6 that performs great with the rear-wheel-drive layout.

Forgot to mention that the spare tire jack and tools were missing. Noticed after a month and called Mr Chris Gamble to complain -- Chris said he'd research and call back -- figured he wouldn't however I was very surprised when he called and said I could come in a pick one up. He didn't even ask about me paying anything or question 'how it was missing', he just took my word for it.
