My name is Bobby Stricklen and i have bought 5 trucks from doug and michael and have always gotten great service and help from them when i needed it . They have always went out of the way to make me getting a truck fast and easy would recommend anybody dealing with them !!!!!

When I bought my truck from the exchange they were nice yeah they would be b/c they are makeing a load of money off of me... I am a woman and i geuss the thought I was stupid. The day I brought my truck home it stop running would crank up or nothing. We finally got in touch with them and they said diesels will do that bull crappppp!! I wasnt fixin to pay for it because i just bought it. They took it and let someone look at it. I mean Really LOOK that all they did. Who ever he was didnt know what he was doing. Well to them nothing was wrong... I tried to tell them something was because it would set there and run and cut off and i had to pump the fuel filter to get it to start back up. Finally I took it to Olive Branch and They new AS SOON AS THEY LOOKED at it what was wron. That was about 800.00 i had to pay, and the bad thing is they wouldnt help me pay for it. That is the way the truck was when i bought it and i shoudnt have had to pay.. But since I am a woman I dont know. But i Know a lot more than they think. I will never ever purchase another vehicle or recomend anyone too because of this. I can say they acted like they cared at first but realized they didnt since they got there money...
