    Although I really love Dr. Gauthier, he is a wonderful person and seems to be a great dentist, the office staff is just AWFUL. I have to believe he knows whats going on at the front desk. My husband has dental issues and has found the office staff to be more than just pushy - with trying to schedule procedures and multiple calls after he said no to making the appointments. I don't have dental issues but the push to make another appointment - was too much so I didn't make another appointment (ON PURPOSE) because I was going on vacation when my 6 months were up and because they were so darned pushy! Well, they scheduled one ANYWAY (left a message on my machine and said I had one) and had the gall to say I made the appointment 2 months ago! AND NOW because it's less than 48 hours notice they're sending me a notification! What is wrong with this office!? You'd think that they aren't in the customer service business... there's a dentist on every corner just about and you have office staff that's that pushy??? No, I'm going to another dentist.

    I agree 100% on the pushy aspects. While I feel the level of service is good, I was disappointed a bit at how and when information was disclosed; A linear-esque sales method as it were. Kind of like "O by the way, you should now have this thousand dollar procedure to secure the thousand dollar procedure we just completed."

    I would give this office and Doctor a 10. They are personable, intelligent and sympathetic. They absolutely "know their stuff". I'm told Doctor Gauthier graduated top of his class and his work shows it. I don't have a problem paying my bill when I know I've gotten great work done and this is top notch.
