Horrible customer service. Am working in Japan on military base; unable to tap into my acct to pay bill because I do not have a paper bill with the customer code, acct number, pin number, for heaven's sake!
Unable to reach them online and even by phone. Meanwhile they suspend my daughter's internet/tv, and she does school online!
Can't "chat" because of military computers...unbelievable.
At every step, Time Warner's hand must be held to even provide the service for which you're paying a significant quantify of money. Their techs often arrive unprepared despite your requests to be ready, and Time Warner or its techs sometimes even refuse to provide service. At the very least, they frequently try to delay service, guessing at the problem without proper equipment and thought. Although they eventually offered $404 credit over the course of a year, they had to be called about this - in an electronic age when they know exactly what TV programs you're watching, they never researched our experience until we contacted them repeateadly.
worst customer service. I would never again get this cable. Horrible company. First the installer tells me that my old boxes are obsolete I could throw them away. Then I get a collection of $257. These guys are morons.
YES!!! same thing happened to me..I didnt throw them away because at first I was told I could use the same box at my new apt however the day of instalation, they tell me I need a new box and that the old ones are useless. I asked if I would be charged for them and they said no. a few months go by and i noticed I am being charged $15 a month to have a 2nd box! (the one they told me i dont need)...So i have to go find a time warner and return it in person :(
