I love this place. The new deck outside is a great addition. Staff is friendly and I love the food. Their weekly specials help keep in the budget, we will keep coming back.

Drinks are good, but the prices keep getting higher as the quality of service drops. I know a number of people who used to head up to trails in the evening that don't even bother trying anymore. One night they're open til midnight, the next day they close at eleven.(both of these instances are during the week, and it happens on a regular basis) INCONSISTENT RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT!! Customers should at least be able to know whether the restaurant will be open or not. I know times are tough, but in the long run this inconsistency is going to cost you more. It's pretty insulting when I have entered this restaurant at eleven PM on a week day, get told it was closing, and then see the staff sitting at McPetes a half hour later drinkin it up. I wonder if the owner knows the restaurant closes at randon times every evening..I thought he was at least smart enough to offer consistency of some sort...

This is the worst place I have ever eaten. The prices are outragious, the service sucks and managment is rude and unpersonalble. It was as if he was a robot.

A group of us were there for my birthday. They do not give 'free' birthday drinks, as all other bars do. When we ask about the birthday drink, the server was rude and said "No, not at this bar."

It took nearly 45 mintues to get our food and then the orders were mixed up. It wasn't all that busy, half the place was empty. We couldn't figure out why it took so long. When we asked the server she stated that they were busy in the kitchen. Yet, half of the people that were there never did have plates of food in front of them the entire time we were there.

A few of the group decided to play pulltabs while we waited. There was a guy working there and he was rude as well. I couldn't understand how people like him, or our server, could be employeed in the bar industry. The were not socialable by any means.

We had asked to have the juke box turned up so that we could hear the music we picked. Management said they couldn't because of the amount of people that were there. It would have made it 'too loud'. Excuse me. I put money in the juke box and I can't even listen to the music we chose. Yep, way to cater to your customers.

HATED THE PLACE. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
