    Blue Oval Industries sells parts on eBay. I bought a set of polished underdrive pulleys from them because they were cheap. Should have googled them first for sure. The mounting holes in the pulleys were not drilled on center. They were off by about 1/8 " When I contacted them, they informed me of their return policy ( I paid shipping and 15% restocking fee.) If I'd changed my mind that would have been acceptable, but bad parts should have been a 100 % refund. Spend a little more and buy from someone reputable. This is a perfect example of getting what you pay for.

    LIARS, ABUSIVE, WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND THE OWNER THINKS HE IS NAPOLEON.. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THEM AND I GREATLY REGRET IT!!!! I NEEDED AN URGENT PART FOR MY CAR, I PAID IN FULL FOR THE PART AND DELIVERY AND AFTER IT WAS ALL DONE I HAVE ASKED FOR THE UPS TRACKING AND WAS REFUSED 2 TIMES BY AN ARROGANT ABUSIVE AND LAZY OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHEN I CALLED 3RD TIME I WAS YELLED AT AND WAS TOLD OFF BECAUSE HE HAD GIVEN US THE TRACKING #. WHEN WE GOT IRRITATED WITH HIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YELLED BACK HE INTERCEPTED THE SHIPMENT 1 HOUR FROM ITS DUE ARRIVAL AFTER WAITING THE WHOLE DAY WHILE REFUSING TO REFUND. IN HIS WORDS: "YOU GUYS CAN GO F**K YOURSELF' S AND GET THE PART SOMEWHERE ELSE" WOULD YOU REALLY WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY TO GET THIS TWISTED INDIVIDUAL TALKING TO YOU LIKE THIS?
    I WOULD WARN AGAIN ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
    DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE WORSE OF THE WORSE AND I WOULD WANT TO SAVE THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE. BUSINESS OWNERS AS SUCH SHOULD NOT BE GETTING ANY SELLS!

    I really wish I would have looked at these reviews before my boyfriend ordered headlights for his Cobra. Anyways, I just wanted to add my two cents in on why you should NEVER use this company! So we ordered the head lights, and never recieved a tracking number (something that most people these days would like to know when they are shopping on the internet!)...well on the following Monday we called to get a tracking number and the man yelled at my boyfriend stating that it was emailed to him and that his parts would be here on Tuesday, well we never recieved the email...so we called back on Tuesday, and the man became irate and was screaming at him saying that having the tracking number wouldnt get them there any quicker and that he was trying to acuse the company of lieing to him..which wasnt the case we just wanted to look up the shipment and find out where the parts were. Well after a good long conversation of yelling mostly on the "owner of the company" part...my boyfriend stated that he would never order parts from that company again and just simply hung up instead of listening to the disrespectful customer service. I called the man back and honest to God I was as polite as could be! I just asked why we couldnt get a tracking number and told him that we didnt think he was lieing we just wanted to know the number to keep an eye on it. He then yelled at me and said he had the shipment returned to him and that we could order our parts somewhere else. He also stated that "ten years ago people werent able to get tracking numbers and they still got their packages," honestly who gives a damn about ten years ago..your operating a company now where we do have tracking numbers... so I just told him that Im sorry he handles his business this way and he just kept repeating "WE ARE VERY BUSY AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GET TRACKING NUMBERS!" so this conversation was going no where... so I just hung up and we called the credit card company to dispute the charges. Im planning on reporting this company to the better business bureau as well ..im sure nothing will come out of it...but just wanted to let everyone know what a HORRIBLE company this is.STAY AWAY!!!
