User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA service call was scheduled with them through GE Service Contract. I tried contacting them and left several messages as well as GE trying to contact them by phone and leaving messages. Steve is the person to leave messages with and does not answer calls or return them. They were scheduled to arrive at my house between 8:00am and 12:00pm Tuesday to replace my hot water heater that went bad on Monday at 5am. and flooded my basement. They never called and never showed up to do the job. I will be sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as this rating. Really BAD Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, 0 Stars was not an option. Call P & L Plumbing 1-800-HEATERS, they were here in 75 minutes!
