Well maybe they just aren't selling the # of cars they need to, so NOW they are socking it to those coming in for repairs.
On a recent trip to this area, our car's A/C went out. Having just had a minor repair, I looked under the hood to find one of the wires missing that had just been replaced (a $60 job). Thought easy enough, I will go get this fixed quickly. Called this dealership and guy said bring it on in, we have the part. When I arrived, they were rude and acted as though I were crazy - no part like that existed.... (my mechanic had purchased it from local dealer so I knew what I was asking for.) They said I needed a new system - $$$$ in their eyes. Wrong! Will not be taken for a ride! I rode in the heat until my return home. Took back to my mechanic and he fixed it in no more than 15 minutes, my cost - a handshake.

DO NOT take your car there for repairs unless it is under warranty.
