User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI also disagree highly with the two negative comments. My wife and I went there for dinner a few months back and it was wonderful. Not only was the restaurant classy and quite possibly the best in all of Arizona, but the service was outstanding! I ordered the garlic crusted chicken and my wife ordered the tempura vegetables. Let me tell you people, those vegetables were the real deal, not the fake stuff that Shrugue's and Barleys tries to copy. I believe that people need to stop in and see for themselves before they make a judgment. And if the restaurant was as "horrible" as these other people are saying it is, why is it still up and running? Oh yes thats right, because it is an exceptionally outstanding restaurant. And as for tgrave4lle, please learn how to properly use grammar...you look like an idiot
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm a little puzzled by the discrepancies in reviews for this place. We were there on Feb 7, 2009 and the service and food were wonderful. I've been to upscale places where the staff was somewhat condescending. Cha Bones is not like that at all. We called about an hour ahead and got a very nice table by the window. Very attentive server. My only complaint is that their menu is so varied, it was hard to decide what to order. I guess we'll just have to go back.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOur overall experience was horrible. We were seated in the back even though the place was empty. Then the next group that came in was seated right next to us so we were able to hear their conversation. Service could be better since they ignore you once your order is in. You would think that since the place was dead the service would be descent. We also found it disturbing that the drink prices were not listed. As a first time visitor to this establishment, we were confused when they did not recognize coin. We did not receive the proper change back because it involved coins. The food was not the best. Their steamers were cooked with too much onion and too oily plus they forgot the bread which we had to ask for.
