    The wait staff is very attentive to the customers, but do NOT go for dinner if you don't have at least 2 hours to burn. The show is worth the wait if you have that time. If you order sushi while sitting at a table with others that have to be "cooked for", you will feel very left out when all those plates of food are being dished up to those around you are waiting on some california rolls to arrive at your table. HA Enjoy

    This is a great place to eat. Their food is high quality with a great variety of flavors. We've tried just about every sushi roll on the menu. The hibachi deserves praise as well. Hana Sushi adds a wonderful touch with their homemade salad dressing.

    If you have the opportunity and you like sushi, let the chef surprise you. They will ask a few questions regarding flavors you like and select some tasty specialty rolls. We haven't been disappointed yet.
