The Mgnt at This casino is lacking in whats good for the general customer. IF ONE MAKE A COMLPAINT, Chukars is not at fault, it's the customer. According to the Mgr "James", Chukars is customer friendly if you don't complain but if you do complaim about the service or availability of service you are welcome to hit the road and don't come back! We have frequent customers at Chukars two to three times a week since it opened and feel the customer friendly policy does in no way apply to me and my wife. Bill and Toni chakos May 29, 2009

The Prime Rib was perfect and tender and abundant in portion size,service was fast and the atmosphere was great!!.Must be happy management!
Could not believe how loose the slots were. One Four dollar bet paid me $1,100.00 and all I put in was a five buck bill.For some reason I always win here, got to be the loosest slots on the planet.This is our place forever!!!!!I am only allowed $20.00 a month to gamble with, I am so ahead in profit.

The Prime Rib on the weekends is OK, and not too awful for the price. The vegetables are WAY overcooked.

The BBQ rib on Wednesdays is only maginally OK and the corn was virtually tasteless.

There is a better casino on the other end of Fernley for food.
