I had a very good experience with this company.

Like others have posted here, our walkway and stairs leading to our front porch area all had bad concrete, cracked and shifted. Because the front porch is a huge concrete landing 6 feet high off the ground - it would have been completely impractical to remove the landing. There was a large scale crack running through it and we wanted it gone. Also we couldn't put anything on top - like brick or pavers because they are way too thick and we wouldn't have been able to open our front door! So we weren’t sure what the heck we were going to do.

Yeah we could have poured some new concrete in between and tried to break out the section a little more but there is no way it all would have matched and who knows how stable that would have been in the long run anyway. Patched cracks with cement really don't make me feel warm and fuzzy.

We found Creative Stone Systems at a Home show and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. They gave us a variety of color blends and patterns to use from the walkway - up the stairs and on the patio. It was easy and no extra charge for laying out a design. We used different colors for the risings of the stairs and different colors for the landings. We used a border around the patio landing and then filled the field with a different color...all at no extra charge.

Creative Stone Systems not only met but exceeded our expectations. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend this product and company.

I too will chime in here about Creative Stone Systems.

We had old brick stairs and walkways in the front and back of our home that were falling apart. We also had a large scale patio/pool deck area which was cracking and shedding. The pool area was actually turning out to be quite slippery and my kids took a few spills, skinned knees etc. but worse my mother in law had slipped and fractured her wrist a few summers ago. So this became a job to do not only for visual appeal but for safety purposes as well.

The bottom line is, all the cement work, walkways, stairs, patio and pool locations were in desperate need of work and skid resistance.

Like the previous customer mentioned, we had several companies and contractors come out and give us quotes and design ideas, however nothing offered us such beautiful and natural stone blends to choose from and nothing reduced the price and amount of work involved as Creative Stone Systems did.

I have to admit I was skeptical of them at first. I had so many questions why this would last and regular cement and brick wouldn't. I wasn’t sure how they could make it slip resistant. They seemed to have an answer for everything which was great and their staff is highly knowledgeable I just still had my doubts. I'm the type of guy who has to see it to believe it but I'll at least give things a try.

WE gave Jason and his crew a shot but also a hard time during the whole process by constantly bombarding him with questions, but he handled it like a champ and now I am not only a firm believer in this company I recommend it to all.

They came when they said they would come, they installed within the time frame they said they would and turned our home into a little paradise.

This product and company gets 5 stars from me. The skid resistance is perfect and so is the look. I feel like the value of our home has increased. The product has been going strong for years now.

This is one of the biggest money savers and most beautiful products I have ever encountered when doing large scale improvements around our home. It looks absolutely beautiful, is durable and saved us a lot of money. They also installed it really quickly! I am shocked actually because we had absolutely horrible concrete, and a lot of it. I mean almost my entire backyard was completely covered in it. We have a very large scale patio for entertaining and over the years it just started cracking and shifting as concrete can do especially in New England. My husband and I were absolutely beside ourselves.

We had numerous people come and give us quotes for both removing the concrete and installing something new – and the prices were absolutely astronomical. Just removing the cement alone was going to be a major investment nevermind the additional expense of a new product going over it.

That being said, we didn’t even really like the choices we were given for products. We had the choice of installing more cement, stamped concrete which is just jazzed up concrete, pavestone and patio blocks. All of them would have had to have seams in them and I hate having to weed them…Lord knows my husband wouldn’t do it! SO anyways they only looked so good and would make more work for me. I felt that if I was going to spend some money doing this I’d like to do it right and be done, not create more work for myself.

So make a long story short. I was absolutely taken back when I realized Creative Stone Systems would take away a lot of the cost and work involved. I was almost sold alone on the fact that it could just go right over our existing concrete regardless of the condition in the concrete. I am amazed that it is flexible enough to withstand expansion and contraction and doesn’t have to have expansion joints! NO more weeding!!! I mean when I say we have a lot of concrete – we have A LOT!
So anyways – once the sales rep started showing me all the combinations of intricate colors they could use and then do patterns and custom stone logos – that aren’t just painted on the surface but actually go all the way through the stone – I was completely sold on the product. We got gorgeous stone blends that fit perfectly to our house and landscape and our own customized designs. Then on top of that we didn’t have to remove the miles of concrete we had so we saved thousands.

I was given my time frame to when I should expect the crew to come out and start he work. Even the time frame Creative Stone Systems gave us was such an improvement on the other people’s quotes I got. They came within the range they said they would and got the job done really fast. There were a couple rainy days involved which made it take a day or 2 more but I knew that was going to happen anyway.

I was told everything in advance and there were no surprises. I got a fantastic product in Creative Stone Systems and saved thousands. I recommend this company to everyone I know and I have rambled on here for this reason. A little bit of my time is worth sharing here for all that they did for me.
