Had to haul my car in to honda because the battery went dead while trying to crank it at a local wal-mart. Wal-mart put the battery in . It still would not crank, The anti-theft lock down on it. So after I took it to Grissom to have it reset. I ask if they would reset it for me. They said yes for 75.00. It cost me $150.00 to get it carried down there. Well I call Honda Corp. and they was going to give me a re-bate for the trouble. But they call Grissom and talk to Danny back in service in which he lie and said that it was Wal-mart fault . It would not crank before wal-mart touch it. How was it there fault. It keep going dead because the anti-theft kept killing it, which ran the battery down. I call Danny and he was very rude and hard headed. He said I was just screw if I didn't bring it to them. He told me that Honda had it fix so you could not change your on battery in your car. That's the way we make money. I would advise you not to take your car here if you want nice and friendly service. Thanks
