I agree that maybe this guys are writing their own reviews !!! I feel sorry for those people who believe them but if you ask me, based on experienced I will definitely NOT recommend their services.. Sorry but I am just telling the truth

My name is Shelly, I came into contact with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair approximately 5 years ago through my real-estate agent. I own several properties and have entrusted Paul's with the repair and maintenance of my laundry equipment.
This is a local and family owned and operated business. I was recently contacted by David and Paul to share my experience as it has become apparent that a competitor has written some less than honest reviews.
I have been in the multi-housing business for many a year and know that it is easy for a repair company to say one thing and do another. This company is above board and takes their time and has not raised prices in years with me. I am loyal customer and have recommended them to several other companies.

I called their services one morning when my washer shut down and talked to the person on line and ask them about their services especially if they have any discount promos. The operator told me to wait and stay on the line 'coz she's going to asked their supervisor if theirs any...15 minutes past and i am still waiting for the answer yet no one's seems online anymore in short they just hang up the phone!!!. Sad to say that it really made my day so bad and swears never to call their services ever AGAIN..

My Name is Megan, I am writing a testimonial on behalf Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. It has recently come to my attention that some very nasty things have been written about this outstanding company. I first used Paul's Service three-years ago on the day my daughter came home from Cedars. With my husband out of town and a broken dyer I was a bit overwhelmed. I needed to find a company who not take advantage of the situation. David arrived at our home and was able to diagnosis and repair our machine. The machine he repaired has not broken since. Each holiday season I receive a card wish us a joyous New-Year. This is truly a Family business, this is what companies is excellent and has built their business on their work. I agree with eliza. Me too is a victim of this Paul repair services. Its true about writing their own positive reviews. Beware of this services. I also been a victim here.. False Advertisement and writing reviews of your own are way to bad dude.
