    If you think you had bad service here you probably need to check your attitude. I probably go to this establishment twice a month and they remember my name and what I like to drink. The food is what one would expect from a mongolian grill but I really enjoy the staff.

    The food is okay but the service isn't. Some of the waitresses have a attitude problem. They are not very friendly there. Try the one off Cooper street. They are great!!

    Food has always been good... Service is terrible!!! Our waitress had an attitude problem. We ended up leaving before we were finished. I took my complaint to the manager and asked to check out early. Our waitress was actually yelling up to the front (from the back of the restaurant)! Of course, I couldn't understand what she was saying because she wouldn't say it in English. I have never been treated this way at any restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be going back. I have had much better luck with the locations on Cooper St. in Arlington or Carrier in Grand Prairie.
