To everyone out there. Be sure you get in writing exactly what you expect out of a bakery. This is what we failed to do and as a result had a cake that only lasted about 30 minutes. After that all the flowers that Elizabeth had placed on this huge cake shrunk from the lack of water and fell out because they were not secured. Simple oasis (a floral hydration foam) would have remedied the situation. Elizabeth refused responsibility for something that was obviously her fault. Anyone knows that a flower will wilt in 90 degree heat if not kept hydrated. I payed around $1000 for a cake for my daughter's wedding and ended up with styrofoam showing. She is a very good artist, but cannot be counted on if something goes wrong. Just hope your cake holds up, because when she leaves the cake with you she also refuses anymore responsibility. She really was not caring at all and seemed not to understand that her not trying to come up with a solution was such bad business. Everyone at the wedding has asked what came of the cake problem and unfortunately I have had to tell them that she wrote that the flowers were not her responsibility. I really do not get this, since she is the one that placed the flowers between the layers without anyway of being hydrated or secured. My daughter was unable to have proper pictures made with this cake because of the huge chunks of foam showing. These are pictures my daughter will have forever and it is such a shame, because other than that the wedding was beautiful.

EB Cakes designed an amazing cake for my husband's 40th surprise birthday party. The cake was made to look like a map with the shape, roads, state bird, state flower, and other items pertaining to the state on there as well as a very creative phrase she suggested. I gave her a general idea and she ran with it. She put in a lot of research and it is evident she loves creating a masterpiece. The cake was extremely detailed and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the outside amazing, so was the inside. The delivery and set up was on time and I did not have to worry about a thing. My husband and the guests were very complimentary as well. Elizabeth was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Elizabeth did a fantastic job on our cakes. They are still talked about today...almost one year later. I will continue to use for my events from now on. I recommend her to everyone.! She ROCKS!!!
