I can't speak for this entire company, but we used them once through AAA. The driver took over an hour to get there. When he arrived he stayed in the cab talking to a friend on his cell for about ten minutes, then spent another 15 minutes talking to a friend at the shop.

When he dropped our car off he tried to charge us $85, instead of the $43 it was supposed to be. We had to get AAA to call his manager, who called him and corrected the "mistake." He then tried AGAIN to over charge us and we had to argue with him about it. He pretended to have initially thought that we had a AAA membership even lower than the Basic membership (the lowest one they have). When he finally received the receipt, we notice that he had originally written 9 miles, then crossed it out and wrote 5 miles (the correct mileage) when we argued with him about charging us too much.

This may be a fine company overall, but our experience with this particular driver was the worst I've ever had with a tow.
