Rivertown Honda

I have nothing but great service from Rivertown. They always greet me warmly and know my name since I am a returning customer.

My repairs have always come in at price or below. The repair is always done correctly.

The oil changes are cheap and done with excellent service reminders. I never feel taken advantage of. They treat me just as well as any guy.

I wish there was a grade lower than 1 star. This dealership is a joke. The salesman and salesmanager were both arrogant and condescending. The price I was given was given was great until I went to pick the car up. That is when I found out that they never included the accessories in the price that was quoted. Another dealer, earlier, questioned Rivertowns price with me on the phone as I shopped and sure enough, they were right. In my opinion, they did the old bait and switch. I wasted a bunch of time. I should have listened to the salesman from the beginning who was very honest with me from Fox Honda which is where I finally purchased. They were great.

They were friendly i got to give them credit for that , also good service but there's always a catch to ever thing.i bought a used vehicle from them and couple weeks later i was hearing a loud noise , i took it for a check up, and out that it woud cost me 2000.00 to repair it. But since it was a used as is car there was noting the dealer could do, the worst thing is that honest people like me falls into beliving that rivertown honda quality is a place to trust to buy a car but wrong .they dont care about costumers , they care about making money , so people check your care before buying a used car as is for rivertown honda. I posted this almost a year ago a now just keeping up with review ,i spent close to 4000,00 dollors on repairs on this vehicle which includs battery,serpentine belt,water pump, new tires they were worn out in the inside,new front rotors along with break pads because they were worn out too ,and the fan clucth ,a gasket on the rear deferencial.some of these thing are maintance but come on in period of a year all these iteams,. a guess next time i wont be going for a car here and also i will check more on the vehicle. , economy is hard so please check your vehicles when buying especialy here. and of course if you take your car there to service they well do a good job ,thats how they take your money by fixing your car or mybe buy a honda vehicle , mybe they take better care on hondas then gm cars
