HIBACHI ONLY!: This is a place with great food, but you must get the hibachi dinner. This is not a restaurant to order sushi, you will be disappointed. anyway, when you order the hibachi dinner, the entrees include japanese onion soup, fresh garden salad with ginger dressing, shrimp appetizer, vegetables, and make sure you order the vegetable fried rice it costs a little more than regular white rice but its well worth it! Everything is extremely fresh and they serve top cuts of meat and you get it cooked right infront of you, with your own personal chef!

Ginza of Joke-Yo: The reviewer drove 15 miles with a three-day craving only to be sadly disappointed.

The sashimi was so thin one could have used it for wallpaper. The miso soup had neither seaweed nor tofu in it. The highlight of the meal was the spicy tuna roll which, although delicious, could have used more of Guchi's special Kewpie-pepper mix. If you are a Ginza-Madison patron you will know of whom the reviewer speaks.

If you are from out of town and want sushi, wait until you get home. If you are local, make the drive to Madison or Milwaukee. It will be worth the gas and the time for a proper Japanese experience.
