This Company squlched BIG TIME on the verbal referral bonus. This is vey meager compared to other reviews I have read. I pray that we have no water leakage problems.
ANYWAY, POINT BEING IF YOU MAKE A REFERRAL TO THIS COMPANY--DON'T EXPECT THE $200 REFERRAL BONUS, IT WON'T HAPPEN!
They did do a great job on our basement!

I know that I am not the first customer to have come across this company, which has provided nothing but disrespect and a waste of time. It has been over a month, since I have first called and reported water damage in my basement. The company has delayed and cancelled on us for a total of five times. Still today, my basement has not been fixed (even though we have a lifetime guarantee contract from the company that warrants any water damaged will be fixed).

The company displays unprofessional mannerism, and upon calling them I have been hung up on, numerious times. The company has not lived up to their mission statement, which is to provide quality service and satisfy their customers. I have yet to see them provide any service, but I am convinced that it will not be quality for their customer service has shown the utmost disrespect to my family and me.

They claim to care about you and your home, but I can assure you that it is only a lie. They hide behind a false reputation, providing unsatisfactory service.
The company has treat me and other customers as well, poorly. And they will surely do the same for you.
