A nice break from the "Corporate Coffee Mill"...you know who I mean.

This local coffee house has been around for over 2 years and continues to adapt to the needs of their customers. A great selection of coffee and tea, plus smoothies and shakes. Now they also serve lunch and snacks as well. Fresh baked items made in-house are really tasty, and their Southwestern Quesadilla is a great lunch item.

They also offer free Wi-Fi access for their customers during business hours, and based on the number of laptops I see, it's pretty popular. I think they are one of 2 or 3 hotspots in the Verde Valley that are free. "Corporate Coffee" charges for access via T-Mobile.

They are open Monday-Saturday 7am - 6pm, sometimes they have live music on a Friday night, call and ask or check their website and see what's happening...if they have music, they are open until 8pm.

Oh, they also have a nice selection of gifts and cards, mainly from local artists.

Check them out when you are in town, right across from the Cottonwood post office on Mingus Ave.
