DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I went in for a routine tune-up and then they quoted me over $2K of un-necessary repairs. I declined all of their services so they wanted to charge me $800 for the tune-up!!! I declined to do any of the repairs saying that I wanted to get another opinion. Next thing I know after I picked it up, it started hesitating and the check engine light came on! These "mechanics" sabotaged my car. I will post an update once I find out what exactly they did to my car. My car has never given me problems until I had it "inspected" by these unproffessional people. When I mentioned it to my neighbor, he informed me the same thing happened to him. A co-worker told me they offered her a free oil change after she got one if she would be willing to give them a positive review. Needless to say all of these 5-star reviews were "bribes" and not true reviews. BEWARE!!!!

This is a great business. I have owned several cars that needed various levels of repair. This is one of a very few places that I feel as if I am not being taken advantage of. I would not dream of taking my 2007 Chrysler 300 to any other place for repair or service except for perhaps the dealer.
They also offer the inexpensive $9 dollar auto rental service. This acknowledges the need to still get daily tasks completed while getting repairs done.
I always have a great experience discussing my repair options with the Damon Wayons look alike at this location.

Recently,on a very hot day in Houston, I brought my car to Domestic Auto Experts and found it most refreshing. The free drink of bottled water, to the immediate attention with a person I considered a professional from their appearance to the language used,and the clean enviorment surrounding me, well, I can't say it enough, I was very much impressed! I don't want to go over the top and make this sound like some "spill" that no one cares to believe,so try it, if you don't come out thinking,like I did, then I don't know one thing about marketing of which I only have 42 years of experience in the automotive arena.

P.S. I expect service like this where ever I take my car, the only problem is rarely, rarely can I find it!
