User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsjust for everyone to know. if you take your car to get a routine maitenance done on it, an it runs good like mine did. dont take it there!!!! i left the dealorship, drove one mile. guess what?? it broke!! had the timing belt changed, an god only know what wrong with it now. and theyre sayin its all on me!!! total BS!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!

I bought my car 4 months ago. I traded in my previous car. After 1.5 months, i've learned they never paid off my trade in car. I called up several times and told me it has been taken care off, but still they never paid it off. They are very incompetent. They paid it off several weeks. All of them are just thinking their profit. That is the worst dealership i,ve ever meet..Pls dont do business with this dealership. I have no problem with honda, but, the dealership itself "honda of lake norman."Hope this info will help

I ususally go to Honda of Concord where I purchased my 2008 Honda Odessey. I have never had a problem there however Lake Norman was closer to my work place. I took my vehilce there a couple of weeks ago for an inside detailing and when i picked up the vehicle it was just as dirty as when I took it there. I refunsed to leave and demanded that they re do the job which was obviously not done to begin with. They almost laughed and said that there are just some stains that can not be removed. i am not a dirty person, I merely have 3 boys and dirt can get into the carpet. They redid the supposed inside detailing and I was very unsatisfied. i paid over $70 to have it cleaned and it was just horrible. The seats and the carpet were not even wet and they had just shampooed the carpet. Yeah right!!!!! Will never go there again.... Stay away and go to Concord it is much better and I have never had a problem with them.
