I was seated next to a blasting air-conditioner and my wife ended our evening out by vomiting at 4am. They make a great first impression. But, I can't say the final impression was a good one.
We went there on 10/25. The restaurant is elegant and charming. A definite for romantics. The food was okay. I especially liked the cole slaw. However, definitely not for someone who knows anything about Cuban/Caribbean food, but more for the inexperienced latin diner. I guess that is why they call it Neuvo Latin Cuisine. I didnât think there was much in value when you consider the price. (One serving of Tres Leche desert cake was $9.95). One final note: I paid by credit card and the amount I put in the credit card tip line was increased by the server by several dollars (as observed on my monthly credit card bill). So if you want to pay for overpriced food and then pay a bit more without your knowledge, this is the place to go.

Our party of four started off with a couple of pitchers of mixers, margaritas and mojitos, and that got things rolling right along. Make sure you bring some tequila and rum! Gotta love BYOB!
We tried a lot of food that night. Highlights were the Empanadas de Queso, Churrasco Steak, Cuban Springrolls, and the Habana Maduro. The Habana Maduro was the surprise hit of the night, who knew plantains, pork and swiss cheese would work together so well, delicious.
We all also shared a sublime dessert(the name escapes me) consisting of a vanilla sponge cake topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce, in a pool of 3 sweetened milks, wow.
The house that the restaurant occupies has lots of character, and the huge porch looks like a great spot to dine, though we opted for a table inside Parking on that section of Haddon Ave. was a piece of cake too.
Definitely a 5 star dinner, we will be returning soon.
