service? i don't think that word is in their employees vocabulary much less actually knowing what it means... this place needs new management....
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was at Chili's 2 weeks ago. My family and I, which consist of my husband, my 1 year old son and myself were seated right away. The waitress (Norma) was wonderful, didn't have to wait "5" minutes for our drinks, my son was treated like the king that he is with soup and crackers (before our meal came, so that he would be done by the time it was our turn). The manager was very friendly and polite. We will be back!! : )

I went there on 9/12/07 and had to seat my family and I because everyone was too busy to attend to the hungry guests waiting to be sat. After i sat my wife, son, and myself, it took about another five minutes to be asked for my drink order. I can go on and on about how lousy(i'm being very nice when using the word lousy!) my whole experience was. Thank goodness for Applebee's.
