I found the staff very hepful in selecting additional gowns once she knew what we were looking for. I was alittle disappointed when my daughter called 5 days in advance to find a particular designers gown that would be in stock in her size and when we got there it wasn't there. We were told it was sold to someone off the rack. I didn't realize that this store did that. It was a long trip from Omaha, NE for nothing. We did not buy from this store. The gowns were beautiful, the dressing rooms were small but decorated real cute!
This was the third store that I had looked at. The first one being David's Bridal and the second one being Rush's Bridal. I think that the service was impeccable. I went on a weekday at 4pm, that could have been one reason. They were so helpful and wrote down all of the dresses I liked and even helped me rank them. The owner was the first person to give me an honest opinion when I asked about a certain dress. She said that the dress "wore" me (as in it was too much for my body type). It was awesome. I had asked that same question at a previous store and they told me that no dress can be too big and that is just not true. She was so helpful that I am considering purchasing a gown that I liked at another store through her. She was just as courteous and professional with my bridesmaid that was also trying on dresses. It was great to have honest opinions. The store is on the smaller boutique size and has only two dressing rooms (although a third is being put in), so I would recommend not going when it's too busy. I would highly recommend this place to all bride-to-be's. I didn't feel rushed and the workers were the first people to seem like they WANTED to be there and help.

I am so sorry this bride came and we didn't have the gown anymore. We have gowns arriving daily and we sell off the rack all the time as other shops do. If I had known she was coming and the gown was still available, we certainly would have pulled it for her. I feel bad that happened. I hope and wish she has the best wedding she has always dreamed of! It was nice to meet both of them.
