Uncle Ed's Steak House

If you want an elegant yet relaxing and extremely tastful dining experience, Uncle Ed's is the best. They care and serve only the best, not only in steaks, but in all their foods. My family and I have dined their several times and will continue. It's truly the best food in town.

This was the worse prime rib i have ever had 30.00 for an end cut i ordred it medium and it was served cold it was dry and had no flavor to it the ice tea was cloudy and sour i will go back to the plainsman steak house from now on

Have dined at Uncle Ed's twice now. The first time was on a Friday night around 7:30. Everything was exceptional. The steak was the best I have ever had and I have lived in Nebraska my entire life of 43 years and grew up on a farm were we did our own butchering. The service was excellent as well. I will admit that the prices are a little higher then most places but I will gladly pay extra for top quality. The second dining experience was not quite as good as the first but was farly late on a Tuesday evening. Service was sill very good. The owner was out and talking to some other patrons and is very knowledgable of his product, (he is a bit loud although). The atmosphere is very nice, would hardly know that it was once a Village Inn. I ordered a chunk sirloin and it was exceptional. My wifes chicken fried steak was fantastic as well. I also enjoyed being asked how I would like my steak seasoned. I chose blackened and did not regret it one bit.
