I gave the place three chances and I'm very disappointed in their customer service. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want and ask for a menu of services. Being my third time, I knew exactly what I wanted and asked for the same service for my mother. They did not ask either of us what we wanted and then had the nerve to charge for services that were NOT performed! The evidence was very very clear and the owner fought me on this! I had to stand up to them in the end just to not get ripped off.

I did not like this place at all. They gave me the worst manicure ever. The polish was done sloppy and started to chip off that same day. What a waste of money.

This place is the worst nail spa I've ever been to. I like to start by saying that I've been getting my nails done for the past 8 years and I'm only 22. So I know the good nail places from the bad ones as soon as I walk inside one. (Best nail spa is Polished at the Empire Center in Burbank) (ask for Nina shes suck a perfectionsit you'll love the way she does nails. Anyways, this past Saturday I went to Alynn's Nail spa to get a pink and white full set and pedi for my mom and I. I had a full set already on my hands which they had to take of for me in order to put a new one. The guy who started doing my nails took 50 minutes to take off my acrylics and made all my fingers bleed and literally scraped my own nails off. Then he spilled a whole cup of nail polish remover on my $250 True Religion jeans because he was being so careless when he was working. Insead of apologizing and helping me clean it off he said" Its okay that happens to me all the time nothing will happen to your jeans" Can you believe it? I was shocked....anyways finally after an hour of torture he started to do my nails...omg they looked soo horrible I kept telling him to fix this and that..he would even listen to what I had to say...My nails looked like they were chewed on and done 2 weeks ago when he was all finished. The owner (Alynn) saw how bad his work was and still didnt do anything about it. She sort of apologized but not really because not only did he mess up my jeans and irritated my skin all over my leg...he messed up my nails. This whole experice cost me $110 dollars for crappy service and crappy nails!
