User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsvery good food and the owners are wonderful. i have been going there for 22 years even then they welcomed the whole baseball team. great service and very friendly not often do you get the owner to come over and sit and talk with customers. My wife and I drive from newport news to eat at Romas. Egg Plant Parmasan is a must

I ahve to say this restaraunt is good but poor customer service..... I ordered a turkey ciabatta sandwich with fries.. It was so dry as if it was from yesterday just warmed up in the microwave. I called the restaruant to make them aware of the poorly made and tasty sandwich for them to tell me if I want credit for it I would have to bring the sandwich and fries back to them. How tacky is that. I stated i am at work i can't leave to bring it back so they said well bring it back tomorrow or the next day... On top of that the cup that the juice was in had a slow leak in it that spilled allover my car and clothes... My co-workers use this restaraunt quit often since its convienet for work... i will surely tell them not to use it again... Just be careful you might get a sandwich from a couple of days ago brought back....
