User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went there the other night for afew drinks, I a lways have a real good time,This night as I was leaving I was trying to get the barmaids attention, she put her hand up and said wait a mintue, and continue to talk to her firends next to me about what they did the other night I got up and left i wont be back . How rude.

There all the time...: We went when it first opened and were blown away. We have taken several couples to try it and everyone loves it. The wine tasting dinners are outstanding!

Im not sure what time you were there, but we had a very busy benefit for the MS walk from 4-8 and its quite possible the barmaid who could have been only either shelly or myself was helping another customer with something that you were not aware of , Some people think tat the second they raise thier hand or make some kind of gesture, that a bartender or server should drop everything and come to thier aid immediately without ever realizing that they probably have 20 other things on thier mind, I stand by my extremely attentive and accomadating staff, and sorry we cant make everyone happy , but maybe you should try working a week or maybe just a few hours in this industry before you judge others who do and also try a little patience dear
She was busy talking to the person next to me about her personal life, she put her hand up and told me to wait a minute.while she finished talking. Iam in the restuarant bussiness, I have been a mangner there is a time and place for everyt hing. you are very unprofessial, if you think that is OK, every customer should feel like a guest. Also it was a very slow night.
