I have been using the locations on Cermak and out on La Grange for over 7 years with no complaints or issues at all and when I decide to use this location for the 1st time, they lose my clothes..WTF..And now i have to go through all these changes to get my money for the price of my clothes..Again I say..WTF!!!!
