    Brought in a cotton shirt I got in Asia to have them clean it. Told them it was raw material and asked them to be very careful because I could not replace it. Got the shirt back and it was in terrible condition. The collar and hem were frayed (they weren't when I dropped them off) and the material had been thinned to tissue paper weight. No one there said anything about it, and when I confronted them- it was basically "your fault for bringing it here". Don't bring anything here you can't replace or care about. Sometimes, cheaper isn't better.
