User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis store on VanDyke is terrible. Customer service- they have no definition what customer service is. I only hade multiple problems with my clothes being given away to another customer, clothes not pressed correctly, I've been given someone else's clothes, clothes lost, not cleaned, black marks all over my clothes, yellow stains on my shirts,& I can go on,& on & on & on. There have been many of times, I hade to go in the back of the store to find my clothes. Trust and believe that my entire family & friends will never use this facility again. I understand that it's only 1.99 per garment but on the other hand I don't expect the above. This facility better understand quality and customer service. The management staff & the entire staff is terrible with stuck up attitudes. They really need to go back to school & get an education on customer service. My best advice to any one that wants advice on this facility, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! THEY WILL BE DESTROYED! and you will be the blame for it because this facility blames customers for damages, they do not take full responsibilty for damages. They will make up 1 million excuses & lies about your damaged garments. Take your clothes to a cleaners that have good quality service. This review will be going in the newspaper ads shortly after confirmation with my lawyer.

It is hard to find good help! The rudest people work here! OMG! Did I say RUDE? Oh and NASTY! Did they even interview the wench?

This cleaners will destroy any garment that has multiple colors,...their solutions are too strong. It has happened to me twice. You need only take solid colors, but then again you get what you pay for.
