So very impressed at their organization and fast service today when using the drive thru. Upon entering the drive thru line one employee was handing out menus. Next an employee wrote my order on a piece of paper which I then handed to another employee with a headset. She placed my order and gave me the total. At the first window, I paid for my order with the correct change and was thanked for my order. At the pickup window, I received my order and again was thanked for my order. Wow! I was impressed! One mile away -- I found out I had the wrong order.

Chick-Fil-A: Ordered a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich & Waffle Fries, Both were Cold & Tasted Like They Had Been in The Hold Window for a While, Will Not Return
