BEST WINGS USA----They aren't making that up!!!: Absolutetly the best wing! No joke! I grew up near the original "Lube" and it was a real treat to go there. Went drinking there when I got older but you'll always go back for the wings! The lub-on-aide (leaded lemonade) is may favorite drink of all time. I was sad when I moved 5 hours away from the original Sharon Lube and would have their wings when I'd visit there or Erie or Heinz field but imagine my great surprise when i saw the bill board sign on I-80 announcing the new Quaker Steak & Lube opening in Bloomsburg. Its now about an hour from my house and my family and I have driven there for the all you can eat wing buffet on Tuesday nights. Thats the best deal because you can have some of each of their awesome wings!! They put other wings to shame! We are driving up Sunday and getting a bunch for the football game. Throw them in the crock pot and keep them warm for the evening! Great flavors! Love the scale that ranks them from mild to hottest with different degrees of hotness! Even my kids tried the atomic, making their lips burn for days! (Use chapstick first). Try them and you get a cool bumper sticker! I even saw a car with a bumper sticker 2 hours away from the closest location and thought WOW! Its starting to feel like home! If you like wings, you've got to try Quaker Steak & Lube!!! Its great for everyone!
The Lube: For those of you who like extra super firey hot wings, this is the place to go. If you decide to get the hottest wings they offer, you must sign a madical waiver. Now if I am gonna eat wings and they flash a waiver in my face I am gonna think twice about eating them. Tuesday nights they have all you can eat wings for $10.99. For people like me who can put down 60 wings in a sitting...you'll make out just fine. They have about 25 varieties of wings, so there is always an adventure. If you decide you want some beer, you can order the beer tower that looks like an old time fueling pump. It stands about 2-3 ft high. You just put it in the middle of the table and there is a little spigot to refill everybody. Ther are various televisions all over the resterant. At each table you have a little box where you can select anyone of 8 channels corresponding to any one of the TVs. So you select what you want to hear and you are set for the night. I am just wondering what monday night foot ball is going to be like. Oh yea and did i tell you the food was great as well. Yea... you need to go... ya know you do !!
