Terrible dealership. They hand you off from the "nice guy" to the "pushy guy" and the "finance guy" and the "closer" and...well, it goes on and on. The also do not honor their mailed-out offers.
This dealership is the worst I've ever gone to. I found out too late that I paid almost as much for my 2007 Maxima as I would have for a new one. Yes, it's a "buyer beware" world, but, there should be some sence of (I was going to say MORALITY but...)One of my complaints, and there are many, was the smell of the inside of the car.I thought they had had the car washed and cleaned inside. It smelled like strawberry. A few days later I was cleaning inside and found 4 deoderent packs. I removed them. The next day the car smelled (and still does) like vomit.
I could go on but, you get the idea. Stay away. There are too many other places that deserve your business. This is not one of them.
Defenetly agree with other reviews go here if you want to be ripped off. I was there for service but I was not aware that to fix an engine people needed to go through the inside of your car. When I picked it up my CDs were gone and I had stuff on my seats that I didn't even remember I had, which meant they had looked through the whole car even under my seats. I had gone to other Nissan dealers and had no problem leaving my stuff in there. Now, I am still waiting for the manager that conviniently went on vacation to get back to me, because I was told this would be taken care of. I hope corporate Nissan takes care of them.
