User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAn excellent Dining establishment, Great food and drinks, however at a price (2 people with drinks over $80 bucks each time). Don't get me wrong, everything we've ordered has been fantastic, but you pay for it. Personally I think that the location hurts the business . . . you don't expect fine dining across the the parking lot from a Target. The plus side is it is usually empty (which may account for the pricing).With that said we will be going back again and again. Oh yea, great service too!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhile leaving Westminster Mall, we drove by a restaurant named "S". That was nearly 2 years ago and we have frequented this family owned and run restaurant many times. Never have we or any of our friends been disappointed. Classy ambience surrounds you as does live piano music. Try the great fresh brewed teas, select from the extensive list of wines and dine on some incredible fusions of flavors and artistic presentations reminiscent of the finest Asia and Paris can offer. "S" brings fine dining to northern Huntington Beach, Westminster and beyond. It's close to the 405 freeway at the far corner of the mall parking lot. Bring good appetites and high expectations... you'll not be disappointed... we werenât. We are true lovers of this restaurant and look forward to many years of fine dining there. And we found out they can handle large groups for special occasions.

Best restaurant and best decor in Westminster area: We have been there many times and have organized dinner functions there . We were very impressed with the quality of the food, its exquisite presentation and the cozy atmosphere. It is something that you would expect from high-end restaurants in Newport and Laguna Beach but not at medium pricing in Westminster area. We highly recommend it .

Owner/executive chef Stephanie does a great job bringing traditional Vietnamese flavors to comtemporary dining. Great food, friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere. This is a great "under the radar" spot.
