Stay away for your own good. I ordered a well done Prime Rib and it was served rare. When it came back, finally, it was well done BUT it was a different cut and HALF THE SIZE. This time it came with a little cup of au jus. By then I had eaten my baked potato and salad. My spouse had eaten all her meal. So I asked for it to go. To their credit the restaurant did not charge me. But I cannot forget that the piece of meat that I got
" free" was half the size of the original cut of meat!! Th original order was for th 10oz. size. I received a 4oz.-6oz. piece of meat! Sad state of affairs!Comments (1)

No offense, but a rare cut of rib will be larger than a well done cut of the same weight. Upon cooking to well, the rib will shrink.
