User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe staff at the Gulf to Bay location are "too busy" to even deal with customers when they have an issue. When I got the wrong order, and got all the way home, I called them looking for some ounce of customer service and got "well if you keep the product and return it back here when you have time, we will get you the right order". I couldn't believe this insane answer!!!! You screwed up my order and won't even take the time to compensate me for all this trouble! You know who you are. Poor customer service...

The Baskin Robbins website advertises that 'no sugar added' products are available at the stores. Upon making a special trip to this store for a 'treat', I discovered they had no such items. They were extremely rude as well, and offered no apology. No wonder this location seems to be empty. Don't waste your time, after their 'attitude' in there, I wouldn't even buy a cup of coffee from them, as they operate Dunkin Donuts inside too.

go to east bay dunkin baskin.they will special order for you with a smile and have a fabulous friendly staff.thay also have fat free treats
