User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAt first I believed this place to be going in the right direction.. This past week has changed my mind.
Why? Because I was treated as if I was a alien or something. The wait staff is rude and poorly trained. It takes close to 15 minutes to receive food. And all I had was a triple with cheese and a order of fries...
I recently learned that the place is under new management.. ONe employee says that the new manager is a A__ __ and that some of the employees are afriad of him. Sounds like the menager is a ego freak that can not earn employees respect.
The past 2 weeks have been different at this location.
Employee are rudr and the food is s worse then ever befor. From what I have seen there has also been a big turn around in employee's They have gone from nice and smileing to flat out rude and somber

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOver-priced with poor service. Due to an incident at our last visit, we have not gone back in months. We went through the drive-thru and the server made comments about putting something (poisonous) in our shakes. We contacted mgmt and they just said he was joking and that's his sense of humor. In today's world, you don't make those types of comments. I would strongly suggest STAYING AWAY!!!!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDecent food, terrible service: On my first visit, the waitress took our order, someone else brought our drinks and yet another person brought our food (after what seemed like an eternity). All the while, I observed our waitress wandering around the parking lot. We were never checked on after our food arrived at the table or for drink refills. I have worked in the food service industry before so I am usually a great tipper. However, on this occassion I left without leaving any tip and I had a clean conscience about it too.
