User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis business appears to have a high rate of employee turnover. We purchased a Cub Cadet lawn mover 2 years ago, and the service technicians were very polite and professional. When we called back the following year to inquire about service we were surprised to learn they had all new service technicians. It is my understanding they have since gone through more. I am not sure what goes on here at this business, but I am wary of purchasing anything from them now, as I do not know if I will be able to get any products serviced in a timely or professional manner.
I advise caution when thinking about making a purchase from this business.

In 2008 Valley View Enterprises began selling the Polaris line of equipment, which required the company to hire a service technician that is not only knowledgable in lawnmowers, but ATVs, UVs, Snowmobiles, Water Equipment, and much more. The business has welcomed one new service technician that is very knowledgable about all POLARIS and CUB CADET products. Since the business opened in 2004 there has only been two technicians that have been hired, which in my opinion not a very high turnover rate. I think that you should give the new service technician a chance. He is not only friendly and personable, but is extremely dedicated to each task that he completes. (In fact, he will most likely exceed your expectations and impress you with his vast knowledge of lawn mowers and power equipment.) For that reason I believe that the change in service technicians has made Valley View obtain a much stronger service department!
