User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDawn is the greatest. I am so happy my plan had a local attorney. She meet me the first day I called which was great as it was only day off for the next ten days. She went through my divorce information professionally and in a language I could understand. Yes she talks fast but don't all attornies? I had no problem understanding her and she sat with me way beyond my free half hour consult. When I finally decided to get Divorced I went right back to her. My best friend is also using her for her real estate deal. She said Dawn handled everything when her incompetent realtor dropped the ball.

not happy, at all!!!!
I had to call her 5 times in 1 1/2 week and after playing phone tag, finally she called me back. I have a legal plan which includes benefits; 30minutes face to face consultation and free over the phone consultation. She was only 9 minutes on the phone talking to me and I didn't understand half of the things she said. She talks so fast and so unclear that I didn't have any interest to become her client. I think some lawers in these days need to pass good interpersonal and verbal skill tests before they take any case. When it says FREE CONSULTATION, doesn't mean you have to say only 1 sentence. I'm paying for my plan and I'm paying for service, as well. There is nothing free, really. -

Great to work with and it didn't cost me a fortune to take care of my daughter's two tickets. We're going back to get Wills done!!!!

Really surprised you would report this. I have recommended her to my entire team after dealing with her on numerous matters. I also have a plan and she went above and beyond my plan's requirements time and time again. She was the only one of three plan attorneys that even returned my calls. From what your comments state she also called you back and unfortunately you couldn't meet up. Don't believe this review...sounds to me like you didn't like what she had to say so you decided to slam her.
You go Frank...I couldn't agree with you more. I recommend her to all my girlfriends as well. I even made sure my HR Manager pushed the legal plan since Dawn was so close and so helpful.
