User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI absolutely loved this place BEFORE they changed owners. At least once a month for the past 4 years, I brought friends and family here and never left without spending at least $100. Last visit on the 15th of this month, it was obvious it was under new management and I agree with everything being said here. The quantity went down, the service was poor and most importantly, the top quality sushi was gone. Everything tasted old and fishy. I was very upset and will not be returning.
But, now I am on a mission to find out where Dave and his crew went! PLEASE, everyone keep your eyes and ears open and POST HERE if and when you find them. I will travel out of state if I have to to taste their amazing sushi again!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWhen the old owner was there the food was always very very good.. Prepared awesome, looked great, tasted better, and good proportions..
We've gone back twice since new management.. Seems to be a little bit lower quality food, less proportions too. I used to always get the ahi tuna.. Had some the last time I went and you can tell it's not the same grade tuna as it used to be.
If the quality and portions went down - so should the price!! When you spend $50 on a takeout order - you want GOOD quality food.
Sad to say since new management I probably won't be going back.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTOMO 68 used to be my favorite. But it appears they had an ownership change, and its not even close to what it was. The last time I went there I ordered my usual tomo roll and beef fried rice. And to be honest, it was awful. The tomo roll was cold and really mushy, and the fried rice was chinese fried rice, not japanese. I have heard the same thing from other people too. Hopefully they get it straightened out soon, but I wont be back until I hear its good again.
