endless frustration and expense or hassle free property investment. I have experienced both. Fortunately, after replacing incompetent company "M...." with LPMG I finally feel in control of my rental property.
Chad from LPMG was efficient in remodeling my property
and all communication was prompt. I was gratified to be able
to make all decisions by e-mail. Chad has always provided me with extremely competent and professional service.
Being old fashioned I appreciate Chad's understanding of his
fiduciary duties to his client, which is rare these days.
I would highly recommend Chad's services to anyone seeking
to hire a good Property Manager.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt's usually not a good idea to make important financial decisions while you are drinking but I have to admit that I picked LPMG as my property management company because its owner is also the owner of SPTR. While I was renovating my property, after many happy hours and pints of Stella, the choice was clear to me. If my tenants had any problems, they could come to SPTR and make their needs known while having delicious bar food and and a tasty microbrew. Wait..what am I reviewing again? Oh yeah, and Chad has been completely reliable and quick to respond to any issues.

I tried to sell my place for over six months and had almost given up hope of making money on it. I contacted Lpmg and within days they found a tenant for me at a very good rental rate. Chad is very responsive and professional. I recommend Lpmg higly.
